We are Oregon; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Web Design Service. Contract will be for the period of 4 year.
[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposals)
[B] Budget: The Department has currently budgeted $50,000 for the first year (to include the new website design) and up to $33,000 for each of three one-year renewals periods.
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide extranet development, site upgrades including redesign and implementation and modifications and web hosting services. The websites must be compliant with state and federal website accessibility requirements.
(2) Converting the current site to content based management system using PHP for the staff to use for updating the website. Website will be hosted on Linux – RedHat
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their Office Premises within USA.
[F] Deadline to Submit Proposals: August 6, 2010
