[A] Budget: The budget for this work is 3500 USD and bids shall not exceed this amount.

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Attend kickoff meeting with us to discuss the project, including website design and content suggestions, as well as maintenance and update procedures that can be performed by our Staff to ensure the website can be easily maintained and updated by our Staff.
(2) After initial consultation with us, prepare and submit to us, for review and approval, a written outline/schedule/strategy for design and development of website, including a draft maintenance/update plan.
(3) Work with us, our Staff, and County Commission to identify, locate and create content for the website and identify links for the website. We will solicit input from the public regarding content.
(4) Design, develop and present to us the Website (including all content, links, etc.) and the website maintenance/update plan for us (including training for our staff) based on input from us, public, County Commission and our Staff.
(5) Revise website design, content and maintenance/update plan based on comments from us, public, County Commission and our Staff.
(6) Develop and submit to us the final website design, content and maintenance/update plan for review and approval, activate website, and train our staff on website maintenance and update procedures to be performed by our staff to ensure website is kept current.
(7) Attend Public Forum to roll-out website, including conducting tutorial.
(8) Correct any problems/errors (if any) discovered after website goes live.
